I worked with Jessie as my wedding coordinator. She helped me through the final steps of my wedding while I planned from out of town. She’s helped me wrangle all the final details of the contracts, and any issues of mix-ups that came through she helped solve. The day of she was amazing! Helping us keep on schedule even when my grandmother was late to the ceremony lol. She helped us get all the pictures we needed but kept the photographer on track, and overall made the day run smoothly. I think she and her team are incredible and would highly recommend them. If you are looking for someone to help with your day this is the team for you.

We are beyond words thankful for Jessie Soplinski and her talented ability to plan the perfect wedding! She helped create the wedding of our wildest dreams at Armature Works on 3/24/18. We hired Jessie as a “month of” coordinator, which was a perfect option for us! Jessie executed everything flawlessly and perfectly. She thought of every little detail ahead of time, and then made sure it all came together for us, exactly how we envisioned. Jessie reached out to all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page prior to our wedding day. Not only did she come to the hotel where we were getting ready the morning of our wedding just to check on us, but she somehow took care of all the setup at the venue (which looked breathtakingly beautiful) without any hiccups. She worked so well with everyone on the “day of team” (photographers, videographers, musicians, caterer, etc.) – it felt like everyone was just added guests to the wedding, which was truly amazing!! My husband and I always looked forward to meeting with her. She was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, calm, and collected through the entire wedding planning process. I can’t imagine anyone ever planning a wedding without her! Thank you Jessie for helping make our wedding so memorable and special!

My now husband, Alex and I hired Jessie to be our wedding planner for our wedding that just took place on November 25, 2017. I actually found her through another close friend that has used her for her wedding and she has absolutely loved her and recommended I used her. She was THE BEST. Very personal to get to know you and your significant other, your family, and afterward you feel like she is part of your own family. We have a huge divided family and she knew how to please everyone but more importantly the bride and groom. She knew what I wanted and more than what I expected. She comes up with better ideas than what I had even envisioned and is very flexible with meeting whenever you need her. I pretty much left it in her hands to do everything and trusted her completely.
